1. Ownership of Content
Author's Work: Authors retain full copyright ownership of their original manuscripts, story concepts, characters, and creative content. Submitting your work to Prestige Publishing House does not transfer copyright to us.
Published Works: Upon full payment for publishing services, you receive the master files for your book. The copyright remains yours. We register copyright on your behalf when included in your service package.
Ghostwritten Content: All ghostwritten content is transferred to you (the client) upon full payment. A signed Copyright Assignment Agreement is provided for all ghostwriting projects.
2. Prestige Publishing House Content
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of Prestige Publishing House or its content suppliers and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of this website without our express written permission.
3. Cover Images & Illustrations
All book cover designs, illustrations, and artwork created by our team are licensed to you for use on your specific book. Usage rights are detailed in your service agreement. Stock images used in covers are licensed through commercial image libraries.
4. ISBN & Publishing Rights
ISBNs assigned to your book are registered in your name or your publishing imprint. Distribution rights arrangements are detailed in your publishing agreement. We never claim co-authorship or publishing rights over your work.
5. DMCA Notice & Procedure
Prestige Publishing House respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and its location on our site
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate

6. Counter-Notice
If you believe that content removed in response to a DMCA notice was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to our Copyright Agent. We will process counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA provisions.
7. Fair Use
Brief quotations from our published works for purposes of commentary, criticism, news reporting, or educational use may be permissible under fair use doctrine. When in doubt, please request permission.
